Aida el Ayoubi (1964-) (عايدة الأيوبي) is an Egyptian singer, songwriter and guitarist. She graduated from the Deutsche Evangelische Oberschule kairo in the mid 80�s and gained fame in the early 1990s in Egypt and the Middle East.
Aida is a graduate of The American University in Cairo.
She has only done three albums in total and then she quit the singing career and got married. Rumors say that she quit because of her husband who didn�t approve her singing career.she is wellknown in Egypt and many other arab and african countries with her simple romantic music and her soft voice specially her hit Ala baly which was in her first album. Her music is absolutely fantastic.
