Amer Mohamed Badee Moneeb was born on September 2, 1963 in "El Do3ee. He graduated from faculty of commerce in 1986. He married in 1996 and has 3 girls, Mariem, Zena and Nour. He has one brother and two sisters. His older brother name is Gamal, and two sisters name is Amira and Amina.
